To Abkhazia and South Ossetia with the Russian "ordinal" passport

Russia has ratified two agreements on mutual visa-free travel with Abkhazia and South Ossetia. Relevant federal laws were signed by the President of the Russian Federation on April 5, 2011

Bilateral agreements with the named Caucasus states were signed more than a year ago. Arrangements provide the possibility of mutual trips not only without a visa, but without passports, according to internal documents.
